Refund policy

14 days, no questions asked

If DropLock for WooCommerce isn't right for your store, email support@droplockwp.com within 14 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund. You don't need to explain why.

How to request a refund

  1. Email us at support@droplockwp.com from the same email address used at checkout.
  2. Include your order ID (in your Stripe receipt) or the email used at checkout.
  3. We refund within 2 business days. The refund posts to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

What happens after a refund

Your license is deactivated. You're welcome to keep using the version you downloaded, but you'll stop receiving updates and support.

Outside the 14-day window

We do not offer pro-rated refunds for subscription renewals. You can cancel a subscription at any time using the manage-subscription link in your Stripe receipt, or by emailing us — your license remains active through the end of the current billing period.

Exceptions

We may decline refunds in cases of obvious fraud, license-key abuse, or repeated purchase-then-refund patterns. We've never had to do this, and we hope we never do.

Lifetime plans

Lifetime plans are eligible for the same 14-day refund window. After 14 days, lifetime plans are non-refundable.
